| Description: | The City of Timmins has embarked on a journey to implement a customer service initiative through what will be known as Service Timmins with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and achieving corporate operational efficiencies. This initiative was adopted by City Council resolution on October 24, 2017. It is expected that the primary line of business application for Service Timmins will be a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that will include functionality for call taking, issue tracking, work management and knowledgebase management and will potentially integrate with several existing enterprise applications. The successful proponent will develop a partnership with Service Timmins to implement and support the solution. |
